• Click “Tracking”: Once you’re on the website, locate the “Tracking” section.
• Enter Your Tracking Code: You’ll find your unique Tracking Code in your order dispatch email. Enter it in the designated field on the tracking website.
• Track Your Parcel: After entering the code, click the “Track” button or similar option to view your order’s current status.

Didn’t Receive a Tracking Code?

If you haven’t received a tracking code in your order dispatch email, don’t worry! Here’s how you can get it:

Email Us: Simply send an email to our customer service team at support@81mode.com with the subject line “Track Order – [Your Order Number]”.

Information Needed: In your email, please include your full name, registered phone number, and order number. This information will help us locate your order and provide you with the tracking code.

We typically ship orders within 2-3 business days after they’re placed. Delivery takes an additional 5-8 working days, depending on your location.
