Return/Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility

• Due to the personalized nature of our products (printed on customer order), we generally do not accept returns.

2. Defective Products

• In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us at support@81mode.com with complete details like your name, contact number, order no, and proof of defective product within 2 days of receiving your order.
• The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return Process for Defective Products

• To initiate a return for a defective product, please contact us with your order number and details about the product.
• Our customer support team will provide you with instructions on how to return the defective item.

4. Exchange Process

• If your return is approved for a defective product, we will send you a replacement item at no additional cost.
• Exchanges are only offered for defective or incorrect items.
